GLUEING

BODY PREP
x Bend sides and leave in form
x Cut out and fine tune tail block
x Cut out and fine tune neck block
x Trim width of sides
x Glue tail and neck blocks to sides
FRONT PREP
- Cut out wood strips for rosette
x Cut out front (leave 1/4” margin)
x Route groove for rosette
- Sand smooth
- Cut out sound hole
BACK PREP
x Cut out back (leave 1/4” margin)
x Glue down center re-enforcing strip
- Create radiused form to support back
- Shape curve of back braces (sander)
- Glue down back bracing

- Finish body
